What are the fees for your marketing expertise and advice?

If you hire us for a copywriting and design project, during the production stage of that assignment our marketing expertise and advice resulting from 20 years of experience in the field of print communications are available to you, as a value-added benefit, at no additional cost. We also offer marketing consultation as a stand-alone service, at any time, for an additional fee.

What does it cost to hire you for a copywriting project?

It doesn't appear that you have experience in our particular industry. How will you be able to write copy for us?

Excellent question. We take great pride in our ability to perform research well and grasp new material fast. If we can't locate everything needed, we ask pertinent questions and get up to speed quickly. We use the same approach to writing copy for a new industry as we use for an industry we've done work in before. That approach is systematic - we find out who the audience is, what they want and then craft persuasive fact-filled copy that clearly communicates the unique benefits of your product or service. It's also worth mentioning that just because our portfolio doesn't contain samples in your particular industry doesn't mean we haven't written any. Non-disclosure agreements may prevent us from posting certain samples online.

How long will it take you to write our copy?

Depending on the scope of the job and our schedule of work from existing clients, your copy may be produced in as little as a few days or may take a few weeks. Before we accept a job, we will make a firm commitment to your deadline and you can rest assured that the copy will be in your email or on your desk by that date - or sooner.

What happens if we want you to revise the copy?

No problem. Two rounds of revisions are included in our fee. Beyond that, additional charges will apply based on time and resources expended. Revisions must be within the scope of the original project and assigned within 30 days of the receipt of the copy.

Can you help us with copywriting and design?

Absolutely! We have long-established relationships with outstanding designers including one of the very finest for over 15 years. We work directly with them to create memorable and highly effective marketing materials. Strong copy AND design can increase marketing success dramatically.
