Ultimate Services University
How our Strong Commitment to Educating our Employees Benefits YOU
At Ultimate Services, we offer our employees the finest and most extensive in-house educational program available in the industry. We refer to this program as Ultimate Services University. With the belief that "knowledge is power," our ongoing program has one objective in mind … to ensure that every member of our team achieves and maintains the highest level of expertise and can utilize that skill to provide the customer with an unparalleled level of service.
When clients see members of our uniformed staff doing site maintenance or providing a wide range of improvements to enhance their properties, they have complete confidence in their level of knowledge and ability. And with good reason. Five nights a week, elements of our team are at the headquarters facility attending classes at Ultimate Services University. Here, many of the same staff members who worked for customers earlier in the day are present at evening lectures given by prominent college professors (with expertise in horticulture), taking computer courses, or attending classes on plant care, soil testing or pesticide management.
At Ultimate Services, we believe in advancing the professional and personal growth of all our employees. This willingness to invest in our personnel is one of the major reasons we have been able to attract top-notch professionals to service our clients. Most of the key members of our team have been with the organization for over two decades. From our administrative, sales, and operations staff, to our six senior foremen and their subordinate crews, we offer programs at Ultimate Services University to better everyone. Some of these courses and special offerings are listed below.
- Dale Carnegie Seminar (provides our senior foremen with strong customer service and people skills)
