1) To clearly differentiate DAC from the competition in the minds of property maintenance professionals.
2) To reach these individuals and develop a relationship with them sooner than the competition so when a future need arises for service or a new equipment purchase, DAC is first on their list and the obvious choice.
Methodology:
Package the unique benefits that DAC already offers in a way that generates higher perceived value in the mind of the customer. This will separate DAC from its competitors. We achieved this by creating a Preferred Customer Program and introducing it in the marketing literature shown below.
