Imagesetter

Our Agfa Avantra 30 (25" x 30") imagesetter is the perfect companion for our 20" x 29" Six Color Heidelberg Speedmaster 74. The Avantra 30 contains a built-in processor and punch. It produces plate-ready films that require no additional stripping or masking before going straight to plate production. This saves time, labor and materials. After the plate production stage, our printing plates are loaded on press automatically, utilizing Heidelberg's Autoplate technology.

The Avantra 30 has an outstanding reputation with printers and prepress houses around the globe. The powerful imagesetter combines the highest quality with the highest speed. It helps us produce a better product for you and assists us in meeting demanding production schedules.

Digital Proofing System

Our Polaroid PolaProof Digital Halftone Proofing System has had a dramatic impact on our prepress workflow. We're bypassing film output at the early stages, and going straight from preflight to digital proof. This means faster turnaround for the customer and substantial savings on AA's. The PolaProof System creates real halftone dots, using real printing ink pigments, applied to real printing stocks, at high resolutions. These features make our digital proofs ideal for use at press side. Ask your Account Executive for a sample produced on our proofing system.

Three Power Mac G4 Work Stations

With our three G4 workstations, combined with our Rampage RIP, we can process an incredible amount of work quickly and accurately. Most proofs are turned around in 24 hours, and many are done the same day they are received.

Send Your Projects Directly To Our Server Via FTP

More and more of our current customers are sending us work directly over the internet, regardless of file size. It's more efficient than putting your project on disk and worrying about a pick up or an Overnight deadline. When your project reaches our file server, we can begin work on it immediately! Members of our prepress and web technical staff can review this process with you and provide expert assistance. Ask your Account Executive about FTP.
