Six Printing Units: Enables us to add spot colors or varnishes in the same press pass with four color process.

Total Press Temperature Control: Maintains ink at a constant 72 degrees for consistent tack and color throughout the press run.

Autoplate: Printing plates loaded automatically in one minute with the push of a button.

More Efficient Makeready: All plate moves are computer controlled, cutting 1/2 hour off of a traditional four color makeready time.

Faster Press Speeds: Average press speeds of 14,000 to 15,000 sheets per hour, producing your work faster than older model machines.

Faster Drying Times: Delivery of the press is equipped with an infrared dryer, which enables us to "back up" your jobs immediately.

Perfecting Capabilities: Produces four color process work with two colors on the reverse side of the press sheet in one press pass. This saves time and money.

Automated Wash Up Features: Push button cleaning of press blankets and impression cylinders means less "down time" and more "production time."

Our Pressroom

The recent 6,000 square foot addition to our existing facility houses our 20" x 29" Six Color Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 press as well as our Two Color Speedmaster 74 and our Two Color RYBOBI 3200. The addition features a fully computerized environmental control system. Proper control of humidity and temperature is maintained, within tight tolerances, 24 hours a day.

Our high quality printing is produced in an extremely clean and well-managed work environment. This is one of ten key principles that we run our organization by.
