We developed this service for BIC Consumer Products, so that they could Soft Proof their jobs remotely, prior to approving the job for polaproofing. By utilizing this technique, they can be certain that everything they did to create the file worked as they envisioned it. They can check for missing images, incorrect layering, missing fonts, trapping, etc. And they can even check color, since we calibrated their monitors using Color Sync™ to match our Polaproofs. This technique has significantly reduced the cost of their Author's Alterations and it could do the same for yours.

The other major benefit of Soft Proofing is speed.
Occasionally we have instances where a customer wants to send a file in the morning, and have the job on press that same afternoon, which is logistically impossible unless the client is next door. With FTP, Soft Proofing and Color Sync™ that obstacle is eliminated, the impossible becomes possible!
